From Nothing
Dates: November 30 – December 23, 2005
Location: Redmoon Central
A “non-theater theatrical event,” From Nothing invites audiences to engage and explore an entirely new experience in an extraordinary space created to fit fifty people at one time. From Nothing is a dreamscape, a place of awe and wonder, of play, created by artists from Chicago and beyond, whose talents range from dance to visual college, architecture, performance and design. It is an extraordinary space in which you are free to go where you choose, interact as you will, stay as long or as short as you like, climb, swing, roll, push, jump, get dressed up and even sing.
“[you] pop your head into a cloud and what you find there is PURE MAGIC…” – Chicago Sun-Times
“Chicago’s Redmoon Theater doesn’t put on shows- it puts on events. Redmoon’s brand of theatrical entertainment is all its own.” – WHERE Magazine
