Redmoon’s spectacles entail a huge amount of labor, from building and creating objects to promoting our unique performances to the far corners of the city. Throughout the year we seek committed and motivated volunteers of all ages for a variety of tasks. Redmoon Buzz Team
Redmoon has always relied on guerrilla marketing strategies to get the word out about our work. Distributing fliers, buttons, and various creative materials around the city is a lot more fun in the company of friends and fellow fans – come out for a Redmoon Promotional Day in your favorite neighborhood!
Volunteer Build Day
Monthly Build Days allow Redmoon fans to participate first hand in spectacle building. Paint a bathtub, create a shrine offering, or build an object under the supervision of theater staff. Each day has a special focus related to upcoming performances. This is our most popular volunteer opportunity!
Spectacle Support
There are few times we need community support more than at our major outdoor spectacles. We welcome thousands of visitors each day to our free and lost-cost events. Your participation in crowd assistance and direction, set up and clean up, and other low impact activities has a high impact on the success of what we do.

Like to usher? We like you! Hand out programs and assist audiences at Redmoon Central performances and see the show for free.
